Fans of Krispy Kreme have a new reason to celebrate. On Monday, the beloved doughnut retailer introduced their latest creation, Doughnut Dots. Marketed as petite, playful and flavorful versions of favorite Krispy Kreme doughnuts, these handheld goodies promise to pack a fun-sized punch of deliciousness.

Four enticing flavors make up the new Doughnut Dots range, all of them now a part of Krispy Kreme's staple menu. Powdered, a mini version of the Original Glazed doughnut coated in velvety, powdered topping, leads the lineup. There's also Sprinkled, yet another take on the Original Glazed decked out with an array of colorful sprinkles. Cinnamon is a lightly spiced Original Glazed doughnut hole topped with rich cinnamon. Lastly, the Cookie Crumb variant wraps up the line, bringing in a combination of Original Glazed doughnut hole kissed with cookie crumb and powder toppings.

"Krispy Kreme devotees have an exciting new option to treat themselves and others alongside their regular dozen – our Doughnut Dots," announced Dave Skena, the global chief brand officer for Krispy Kreme. "They’re small, they’re scrumptious, and they’re baked fresh each day. They’re great for sharing or for a quick treat on the go."

Enthusiasts can buy these Assorted Doughnut Dots or Original Glazed Doughnut Dots either individually, with a 10-dot cup, or as a group with a 24-dot box. The new offerings can be found in-store or ordered for pickup via the app or website. While they're here to stay, customers are encouraged to taste them soon. Krispy Kreme is currently marking down prices with Dollar Doughnut Dot Days ongoing until June 16. Shoppers can bag a 10-count cup of Assorted or Original Glazed Doughnut Dots for just $1 when they buy any box of dozen doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme continues to innovate its menu with limited and permanent additions such as the special "Minis for Mom Collection" doughnuts for Mother's Day, and its collaboration with Dolly Parton for the Southern Sweets Doughnut Collection. This includes four palate-pleasing flavors in homage to Southern desserts, like the Dolly Dazzler Doughnut, Peachy Keen Cobbler Doughnut, Banana Puddin’ Pie Doughnut, and Chocolate Crème Pie Doughnut. Recently, the company even added Original Glazed Cinnamon Rolls as a regular offering, now available every day of the week.
