"Deadpool & Wolverine" Sip Heineken in Latest Marvel Crossover

The infamous Deadpool is returning, all set to stir up more mischief. However, he's not alone this time; he's got a companion and a beer. Heineken Silver is gearing up for another appearance in the Marvel realm, this time in the forthcoming "Deadpool & Wolverine" film, premiering on July 26. There's no need to wait till then to witness the two legendary heroes sharing a brew. The brand has also rolled out a new commercial featuring the duo who opt to savor an icy beer together instead of clashing it out.

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who personify the lead roles, expressed in a combined statement, "Deadpool and Wolverine have some agreements. For one, Toad is nobody’s best-loved mutant. But we're pretty sure you're not reading this for that. The other consensus? We're thrilled to be joining the MCU backed by Heineken Silver. Nothing cools down the long and frequently befuddling days in the multiverse better than the fresh taste of Heineken Silver."

In addition to its reentry into the superhero universe, Heineken Silver is also running a sweepstakes for its passionate fans with a chance to snatch up a few collectible items. The goodies include several Deadpool toys, socks, a snug wrap for your Heineken Silver, a trendy fanny pack, and a desirable bucket hat. All you need to do to enter is provide your details for a shot at the prize.

Marvel Studios' VP of Partnership Management and Operations, Holly Frank, voiced her enthusiasm for the campaign. “We're thrilled to be welcoming Heineken back to the MCU,” she said, adding “Heineken Silver is all about being devoid of bitterness, which aligns hilariously with Deadpool and Wolverine's potential to do the same. This campaign gives fans more of what they're craving - Deadpool & Wolverine!”

It's worth noting that Heineken has made previous appearances in the MCU universe. The beer brand clinched its presence in "The Falcon & The Winter Soldier" and the Super Bowl marketing campaign for "Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania", proving itself to be the preferred beverage for superheroes, at least in this variation of reality.
